• Shared IP:
  All users ride with the same public IP to boost anonymity.
• Dedicated IP (Optional):
  Want your own exclusive IP? Opt in for a fee to get a dedicated address for consistent outbound connections.

3.3 Nodus (Nodes-as-a-Service)

Nodus is our Nodes-as-a-Service offering. By using Nodus, you agree to the following:

  Nodus provides node infrastructure support, but remember—results are not guaranteed. We hustle to implement the latest in digital security standards, but we can’t control hackers or the security of third-party platforms we partner with.
• No Liability for Losses:

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

Our subscription options are as follows:

• Monthly Plan: $5 per month.
• Yearly Plan: $36 per year (long-term commitment gets rewarded).
  Token-holder pricing adjustments apply per the thresholds above.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each cycle.
• Payments are processed via secure gateways (Stripe, PayPal for fiat; crypto instructions provided as needed).

5. User Obligations

• Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the State of Georgia, USA, via the dispute resolution method solely determined by EverBlock Tech, Inc. This means that EverBlock Tech, Inc. reserves the exclusive right to choose whether any dispute will be settled through arbitration, mediation, or court proceedings.
